Zones of regulation

                                                             The green zone is ready to go for work.
                                                               The blue zone is bored sad scad.
                                                               The red zone is super Angry hulk.
                                                               The Yellow zone is happy good Enjoy.

    I love your pictures especially your mad face. What things can you do to move into the green zone 'Ready to learn' from other zones?
